The Factory on Barclay
This historic building turned events venue, is located in the Harbor District of Milwaukee. We were given the unique opportunity of revitalizing the exterior of the building with state of the art lighting. We chose to use a DMX interface to give the owner the ability to wirelessly select the color of every single fixture, as well as create dynamic motion scenes creating the effect of moving patterns or ‘animation’ of the lights on the building. The end result provided a vivid revitalization of the century old facade.

Lumen Lighting & Electric was honored to be part of the production team for Top Chef Season 21, filmed in our hometown. Our team played a crucial role in providing reliable power for essential equipment, from lights and cameras to kitchen ovens, ensuring that filming went smoothly without interruptions. We also coordinated with multiple municipalities to secure electrical permits for various filming locations across the city. Being part of this high-profile project allowed us to showcase our expertise and commitment to excellence, while proudly supporting a production that highlights the best of Milwaukee.
